2021年3月2日 · Modakawa is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Expensive. Misleading products. Things ship from Hong Kong so they take a month to get to you. Their customer service is a joke. Like a literal joke. They will not help you, they criticize you and there is no way of reaching anyone to actually talk to.

2019年1月19日 · I feel the same way about modakawa. Their stuff is cute as FUCK but it's so expensive. It seems like items that shouldn't be very expensive cost like $60. Yet at the same time, I'm having a really hard time finding items that look the same on other sites. And when I do, the price point is usually similarly high.

The items might not be the highest quality ever and will probably take a while to come in, and if you have any problems with the order customer service probably won’t be the best.
