2021年8月2日 · That is exactly how LG warranty claims work. I live almost next door to a TV repair shop that does warranty contract work for LG. When my CX oled stopped turning on, I contacted LG. They said they would send someone out. Got a call from the TV shop next to my house, they sent a repair technician to my house the next day.

An LG repair tech repaired it under warranty. It has been exactly 1 year and 3 days since our purchase and the craft ice stopped working AGAIN!
