Amazon Prime Video - not showing the thumbnail pictures
Sep 17, 2019 · I followed the suggestion to do a system restart on the TV and it worked. Sometimes restarting my Xfinity cable box has helped but not always. This time I went to the Home icon on my Roku remote then: SETTINGS -> SYSTEM -> POWER -> SYSTEM RESTART. When opening the Amazon Prime App, it took a few seconds but the icons came back.

May 25, 2021 · Yeah!!!! There is now an option to turn off Auto Previews in the Amazon Prime app! Go to the little gear icon at the top of the app then select "Auto Play." Good to know for those folks on the new Prime UI. (Most folks are probably still on the old UI without auto-playing previews with app version 11.8.2021051411).

To remove a channel/app from the Roku Home Screen, highlight the channel/app on the Home Screen and press * on your remote. "Remove *" will be one of the options.
