2024年9月20日 · I have an Roku Ultra that I bought in Feb from Roku. Lately when I got to use the unit, I pickup the remote to move over to my apps. All I get is a clicking sound. At that point I can't do anything with remote. It wont go up and down or any direction. Before you ask, the battery is fully charged and the unit has been reset.

The only reason I use the Roku is to enhance my 4K streaming experience and it is failing. My Smart TV processor is doing better than Roku… Roku, needs to wake up or it will loose customers due to the inferior performance.

Re: Roku Ultra 2024 Notifications. I have been having same issues on my LG OLED 65cx. Roku support has had no fix for it but the new 2024 ultra is not supporting Dolby Atmos nor is it supporting Dolby vision or HDR content unless you manually force it always on in settings. This never happened on the 2022 Roku ultra.

Monday. Roku Ultra keeps powering off. It's really random - sometimes it works fine for hours, sometimes it happens after 1 - 5 minutes. I tried resetting, including factory reset. I tried changing themes (saw that somewhere in the community) I don't know if it makes a difference, but it's hooked up to a Seiki TV. Labels (1)
