If you college still doesn't show up on the list, then this means that your school is not Title IV thus not being able to get the Student Spotify Discount.

Spotify isn't stealing when they increase the rate after 12 months - when you first apply, you have to certify that you read the terms and conditions, which say that the discount only applies to the first 12 months, and you agree to being charged the full amount after 12 months unless you prove you are still a student.
