2019年2月5日 — Android had an update... i reluctantly updated to PIE. Now, on my Samsung Galaxy S9, I dont have the ability to play, pause or change tracks on the Lock Screen (I could do that before the update). It would also show the play/pause/skip controls on my home screen... that too is now gone.

2023年10月2日 — I will be listening to a podcast on amazon music. I will close amazon music app and get into car. Android auto will start up. I will select a playlist to play. After the song completes or I skip ahead, the podcast I was listening too earlier will start to play instead of continuing the playlist I selected. Very frustrating.

2012年3月9日 — When I download music I have bought from Amazon music it is stored as mp3 files in the music folder I believe. I always create a new folder with the name of the album or playlist and move the tracks into this folder. I then find the music available in my dedicated music folder. I don't know about other music.

After down loading music, using File Explorer / manager or whatever its called, navigate to the folder that has the music you downloaded. 3. Move the folder from the internal memory to the music folder on your SD card.

2019年8月28日 — There have been multiple instances where I've been playing music from this app or from Spotify, and it will randomly switch the music player to Amazon Music. If that happens, I can re-open Spotify and play it immediately, but the Sony Music app will revert to showing "Getting your selection" as if Android Auto can't communicate with the Music app.

I've toggled different settings in different places and cannot get this to work. I have to unlock the phone, go to the music app then pause, skip or replay tracks from there. Press it will launch your favourite AA compatible music player. That should play your local music. Google Assistant is a cloud product.
