贲门失弛缓症是由食管——胃交界部神经肌肉功能障碍所致的功能性疾病。其主要特征是食管下端括约肌（ LES ）高压和对吞咽动作的松弛反应减弱，临床上主要表现为吞咽困难、胸痛、食物反流和进食后呕吐，长期发作可导致患者极度消瘦和营养不良。
