Pune: As investigation continues into the high-profile killing of senior NCP leader Baba Siddique on October 12, The Mumbai Crime Branch has issued a look out circular for Shubham Lonkar who is believed to be the key conspirator of the plot to kill the Ajit Pawar-led NCP faction leader.

Accused had recced the slain leader’s home and office several times in 25 days; carried fresh shirts to change into after the act

Balakram worked as a scrap dealer in Pune and was part of the conspiracy, said the police. Two of the three accused – Dharmaraj and Shivprasad Gautam – also used to work in Balakram's scrap shop.
